Delivery & returns
We currently only deliver within mainland UK.
Delivery
Royal Mail is our chosen delivery partner. We use the Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service. All deliveries are £4.95, unless the order value is over £50, when delivery is free. We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt, and the majority of orders will be delivered within 5 days, but this cannot be guaranteed. Bank Holidays may affect the despatch and delivery of your order by up to two working days.

Returns
We hope that you will be happy with your order, however, if for any reason you wish to return something to us for a refund you may do so within 14 days of receipt .
We do not offer free returns unless it is our error, or your product is faulty (see below); we recommend you select a tracked service to ship the items back to us so we can process your refund. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns packages, so please keep hold of your proof of postage receipt to ensure that your return reaches us successfully.
For all returns, please return goods unused and in perfect condition complete with original packaging so take care to ensure you have securely packaged up your return.
Please include the following when returning any item:
Full name, delivery address, order number, email address, trlephone number, reason for return.
Damaged or incorrect items
We are sorry if there is an error with your order, or damage in transit, which can occasionally happen.
It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur, or issues arise please report it to us immediately so we can investigate. Please email us at info@balmleamington.com, including your name, address, telephone number and order number and we will resolve it.
We cannot accept returns:

if the products are personalised or bespoke

if the products were sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, and these have been unsealed after you receive them.
