We are a family-run store and therapy centre.

In 2007 we exchanged corporate life for the world of natural wellness and retail. We sold our home in the West Country, moved our young family to Leamington Spa, and spent our life's savings on starting a Neal’s Yard Remedies franchise.   After 16 great years, it was time for a change and we were finally brave enough to go  independent and do our own thing; Balm was born.

Sharing a similar ethos to Neal's Yard, we are now a Neal's Yard Remedies Heritage Partner. This means you will still be able to find their full range in our store.  And because our mission is to curate the very best natural and ethically made beauty and wellness products we can find,  we also have other exciting natural brands for you to discover. The best of both worlds!
