At Balm we are passionate about providing natural, plant-based and sustainable products, with minimal impact on our planet. Our products are not tested on animals, and contain no artificial scent, phthalates, SLS or parabens. Our soaps and solid shampoo bars are palm oil free and vegan (excluding Goat’s Milk soap). Balm is committed to using minimal packaging using natural and recyclable materials wherever possible.

 DELIVERY- Royal Mail is our chosen delivery partner.  We use the Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service.  All deliveries are £4.95, unless the order value is over £50, when delivery is free.  We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt, and the majority of orders will be delivered within 5 days, but this cannot be guaranteed. Bank Holidays and Christmas may affect the despatch and delivery of your order by up to two working days.


RETURNS- We hope that you will be happy with your order, however, if for any reason you wish to return something to us for a refund you may do so within 14 days of receipt, unused & unopened. Please include the following when returning any item: Full name, delivery address, order number, email address, telephone number, reason for return.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS- Please email us at info@balmleamington.com, including your name, address, telephone number and order number and we will resolve it.
